In being an Energy Life Coach I am passionate about helping you see the light within yourself. Whether you intend to fly to the moon, or simply need to figure out how to leave the house to get to the shops. I want to give you the tools you need to help you see the power you hold within. Your past or how you came to be who you are don't need to affect your present. I want to work with who you are right now and help you to achieve your goals, dreams and inspirations.

In being a Vibrational Therapist qualified also as a Reiki Healer, I can also help you to heal emotionally on a deeper level. Sometimes, this is the level we aren't even aware of. Sometimes we have absolutely no idea why we feel so sad or how or when the anxiety started, but Reiki allows you to heal from a within, in order to help, not only your physical body, but also your emotions and stresses caught up in the spirit level.
