Emotions are like naughty little puppies that don't often do as they are told. I don't think as humans we have realised just how much we consciously need to take charge of our rampant emotions.
Previously, it was taught that emotions follow thought, meaning that if we simply change our thoughts, then we should be able to gain control over our emotions. However, recent studies have discovered that emotional processes operate much faster than thoughts and they will frequently skip past your reasoning process to take on a life of their own. This means that Emotions commonly bias your thoughts beyond reasoning or logic.
Since thoughts and emotions can work separately in our system, it is important to try to have them work coherently. So how do we do this? Firstly we need to bring stability into the emotional system to bring peace and clarity to the mind. Having both systems in sync allow you to access your full range of potential to manifest your visions and goals. The ability to balance your emotions and align them more to happiness and above, will allow your consciousness to gain more control over the process of manifestation.
In a recent study, researchers place human DNA into a double sealed jar to ensure no outside effects. They then asked 5 people who were highly trained in the ability to control their emotions and through different emotive methods asked these subjects to project emotions for 5 minutes while holding the jar with the DNA and water samples. The most interesting results were the findings, that when subjected to lower emotions from our emotional scale, the human DNA would tighten to the point where it was no longer functional to it’s full extent. They also found that when the DNA was exposed to the higher emotions from our emotional scale, that the DNA would relax and stretch out allowing all it’s information to be utilized to it’s full extent. The researchers concluded that “human emotion produces effects which defy conventional law physics” Through these studies these scientists were able to prove something that the ancients have told us all along. They were able to prove that our emotions affect our DNA, and our DNA affects our physical world. Does this mean again, that we have proof that our emotions can change our physical world?
Some might say, that our physical world can affect our emotions. This is true, but only if you let it. Controlling your thoughts to elevate your emotions to habitually live in happiness is the goal you need to focus on.
Human nature dictates that you become comfortable in a place you feel safe. This is how you habitually end up in your situation, or in your thought process or in your emotional distress. Your thoughts, behaviours and emotions will fluctuate, but you will always come back to rest in your habitual state of mind. Regardless of what you are feeling at the moment, this is the main focus of what needs to change. Which frequency do you normally lie at?
Let me take a moment here to give you an example, and yet again I am going to use a Movie. Have you seen Inside Out? It features characters that represent our main emotions in control at "Head Quarters". There is Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Anger. One of the story lines in this movie is Joy's journey to realise that Sadness isn't just an annoying emotion to control, or ignore, but sadness is vitally important in realising happiness. Everyone needs to be able to feel sadness to truly appreciate the rise to happiness.
One of the other probably less noticeable story lines to note, is that in the child, Riley, Joy is the main emotion in control. Happiness rules her thinking. But when we look at the Mother, Sadness is the main emotion in control, and in the father Anger is the main emotion in control. Now as stereotypical as this seems, just think for a moment, which emotion would be at your main control right now. Would it be Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear or Disgust?
This is what I mean by habitually happy. You want to aim for Joy to always be your main emotion in control. You can fluctuate through the other emotions, but you always want to come back to happy. Higher Vibrational Energy is directly related to your ability to control and maintain your emotions to be in the higher levels. You need to take each situation and strive for that higher thought. To do this, you need to at least know the scales of emotions and where you lie on that scale.
In the same way that our bodies can heal physically, we can also heal emotionally. We hold the power to change negative emotions, which affect our relationships and all aspects of our life into loving and positive emotions. All emotions are impulses to act. The body experiences different emotions in different ways. For example, fear increases adrenaline allowing us to run or fight if we need to. In contrast happiness causes an increased activity in the brain centre that INHIBITS negative feelings and causes an increase in available energy. It also limits the ability to even have negative thoughts. With a bit of practice, it is possible to tune our minds to stay optimistic and determined. We can't control the negative emotions and when they arise, but we can control the duration of these emotions and eventually how these emotions will arise.
If you allow these emotions to stay longer than they should, then you are inviting depression, anxiety, stress and it can leave you feeling physically ill and emotionally drained. They can even completely stop your body's ability to heal itself.
Your Mind is made of two parts. Your Conscious mind and your unconscious mind. The emotions and feelings you are aware of, are part of your conscious mind, but generally they are repercussions of ingrained unconscious mind thoughts. These are emotions from the past buried deep within the unconscious that we don't even necessarily remember. It may have just been a comment made by a parent when you were younger that your artwork was a bit messy and needed a little bit more colour. As a child you may have interpreted this as "I hate your artwork and you are not talented at art whatsoever". That then became your belief throughout growing up and you never tried again to do any art because of it. These type of unconscious memories however might be more painful, and because of that you are suffering now. You can feel overwhelmed with anger, anxiety, sorrow, jealousy or frustration, but you have no idea how to explain why. Continuing to suppress these feelings is only affecting you as a WHOLE on an energetic and physical level and it is important that you find a release and learn forgiveness to move on.
Through my pioneered FASTR process you can not only learn how to recognise the lower emotions fast, you can learn how to quickly process them so you can maintain your habitually happy vibration. Learn more through booking a one on one Energy life coaching session or joining The FASTR Process

Pain is very important to feel. These emotions of grief, anger, frustration, hurt and betrayal are horrible, but they are important. As a human being we have the right to experience all facets of emotion. I believe for you to evolve to your highest version of you, you need to feel this pain completely. You need to know what this is like and know that you never want to be here again. However, it is important for you not to get lost in this pain. Everybody has their own version of pain and the thing that will dictate who you are, is what you do to turn it around and how you overcome this obstacle.
Don't let this pain ruin relationships or tear families or friendships apart. Don't let the pain become you. You are not the pain! Hitting Rock bottom is a very traumatic time in your life. At the time it feels like no-one else could possibly know how bad you are feeling. How could anyone else have felt this bad and broken hearted EVER? Your body gets heavy, you lose interest in everything, you either cry an ocean or you become stone in shock. Sometimes you just swap between the two.
The ability to make decisions disappears and if someone else relies on you, you switch onto auto-pilot in a fog with no memory of 5 minutes prior. Your body reverts back to basics and you do your very best just to minimally function. Rock Bottom is usually, a gut wrenching experience of facing your own self-worth. A feeling of not being good enough can smash your heart into the ground. It literally feels like your heart is shattered. How could you repair it? Unfortunately, you will never truly repair a shattered heart. No matter how hard you try, the cracks will always be there.
However in good news, I can tell you right now that you may never want to. Did you know in Japan, when a beautiful piece of crockery shatters, they repair it with gold, because they believe that the crack is a unique piece of the objects history that only adds to it's beauty? Your heart can be mended with gold, but the flaws will always be there. These are the flaws that only serve to make you stronger, more beautiful and most importantly start you on the journey to ascending into your own purpose.
As Children, we were programmed to hide our emotions. "big boys don't cry" "Kids should be seen and not heard". It took courage back then to hide our crying, to stifle our tears, to find a pillow to cry into. We had to face these feelings alone, because our parents didn't know how to deal with it, or maybe they didn’t even want to deal with it. We were taught to be BRAVE and NOT Feel. We were taught that feeling sad wasn't acceptable. That's not our parent’s fault. Unfortunately it is ingrained into all generations as children, through our "accepted culture" and then further ingrained into us through school, media and governments. We no longer know how to process these emotions. We hide true feelings or blurt them out angrily, usually thinking we are doing the right thing either way. All it has accomplished is producing generations of people hiding in their sadness and not facing their fears.
Hiding your feelings to not hurt others feelings, is BRAVE because it takes a lot of effort and goes against all your natural instincts. But learning to deal with these emotions in the right way, is much BRAVER. Fear or pain is not evil. In fact, feeling emotional pain of any sort is a God Given, vital part of your journey. As we all know, fear helps to trigger the flight, fight or freeze response. Back when we were hunter-gatherers, this was a vital part of survival, and now, scarily similar, in our technologically advanced society, we mainly apply fear to still keeping us in simple survival mode. The stresses of everyday survival to stay in the rat race, to earn the money, to pay the bills for the things we perceive as essential for our comfort, places us firmly on autopilot. Staying safe.
Fear equals "keep me safe" in the brain. It's Your Security Blanket. Back in the hunter-gatherer days, we still needed people to fight. We still needed people that would take their fear, and go out and kill the threat so as to keep others safe. Now, it is still the same. We still need people who will fight for their dreams. We still need people who will go out and smash the threat of the fear and succeed. People that will implement new technology and new thoughts to improve humanity and help us grow.
If you stay in your hut and wait out the threat, you will never know if that threat is truly gone. You won't ever venture beyond the confines of your hut. You won't ever see the gorgeous blue sky, you won't ever smell the aromatic flowers. You won't ever see a sunrise or a sunset. You won't ever realise what other wonderful things exist, through staying put.
The word “emotion” is derived from the Latin word "emovere", which means “to move out or away from.” Maybe it just so happens that your emotions are happening for a very good reason.
Strip it right back to our basics and look at our blood cells. Our red blood cells are the workers. They carry the oxygen and vital nutrients around our body, working day in and day out, just doing their job. Then we have the white blood cells. They are much less in number, but they are the ones that face the fear to go and fight the invaders, being viruses, fungus and bacteria. They are so clever too, because they need to analyse each threat to determine the best way to fight it and then they learn from that experience so that the next time that same infection enters into the body it is eliminated immediately. Do you want to be the red blood cell or the white blood cell?
Feeling fear is of course important, but so is realising that it isn't limiting. Your fear or hurt is only the instigator of your strength. It is your Springboard to happiness! Hurt can take many forms: sadness, feeling down, boredom, hatred, anxiousness, anger, stress, fear, or emptiness and as annoying or painful as these feelings are, they are messages to you that you are not getting something you need. It is your higher-self telling you that there is more to learn and conquer.
Our Whole Self is made of three vital parts. This is your Body, Your Mind and Your Spirit. Your body is obvious. It's your flesh and blood. The 3 dimensional part of you that allows you to see, hear, smell, feel and taste. Your mind is your Conscious and unconscious mind. The part of you that thinks and takes what the body senses to turn into emotions in order to learn more throughout your life and to grow in consciousness. Your Spirit on the other hand is the part that is often overlooked. It is your soul, your higher self, your matrix, your aura, your energy field. It is the part we cannot see. Every part of our body has a measurable energy output. In basic terms, even though we cannot see the radio waves, we still know that the radio will work when we switch it on. Your body is a constant flow of energy and every part of your whole self can have an impact on the other. The pain you are feeling emotionally right now, if left to linger and limit you too long, can and usually does have an impact on your physical body. But what we commonly don't realise is that this pain, also has an effect on your spirit. So that sore back that you have when you are tense, when you remember a traumatic event in your childhood, is how a blockage in your spirit is affecting you physically right now.
The absolute best way to change the way you feel, is to change the way you think and act, but it is also to the very important act of learning to love yourself. When you learn to truly love yourself, the pain will no longer affect you as much. That love will give you a sanctuary and provide your life with meaning and hope. As we develop more into the higher vibrations, we discover that it is more important to be the right person than to find the right person. This is to find contentment within ourselves, rather than look for contentment in an outside source. But how do we do that? We need to go within to find our inner happiness.......

To begin your Affirmations, it is also wise to incorporate visualisation techniques. I think sometimes we underestimate the importance of dreaming. Daydreaming is something we do as children. We live in our own wonderful fairy-tale where anything is possible. We dream of being able to fly like a fairy or swim like a mermaid or have a beautiful ball gown like a Princess. We dream of having x-ray vision, or super strength to save the day. Our daydreams provide us with an escape from reality into a world where magic can happen.
I am one of those mothers who encourages magic. I love imagination and the stories that imagination can bring. When my children ask me if something is real, I will always ask "do you think it is real?" They always say yes. I will always tell them that reality is what you make it. If you think fairies are real, then they are very real in your world. To this day, I still believe in fairies. I still look on the ground, between the flowers and peak through windows, hoping to glimpse a fairy flutter by. I watch every butterfly and I wonder if it is really a fairy in disguise.
When did you lose that ability to dream? I guess when you were told not to be silly. That fairies don't exist. Unicorns are just a myth and mermaids cannot be real. Someone squashed your dreams and told you that you were silly for even thinking it.
You had to reduce yourself to conformity again. You had to look around for the nearest "acceptable" belief and walk that path with the other non-imaginers, all the while secretly wishing you could be the one fluttering along on the other path in your own little land of dreams.
It may be wise to start looking for the next fork in the road and heading off the beaten track though, because a study looking at brain patterns in weightlifters found that the patterns activated when a weightlifter lifted hundreds of pounds were similarly activated when they only imagined lifting.
A famous sports study in basketball done by Dr. Biasiotto also found this same result. After initial skills testing, he split the subjects into 3 groups. 1 group would practise shooting goals for 1 hour every day for 30 days. the second group would visualise shooting goals for 1 hour every day for 30 days and the third group did nothing. When he re-tested the group, he found that group 1 had improved by 24% and the second group had improved by a whopping 23%. The third group showed no improvement at all.
When I was younger I would do this very thing. I was a tap dancer and I loved it. School on the other hand was very boring and I had a lot of issues concentrating on things that didn't interest me. So I would sit there and tap. I would imagine being on the stage with the spot light on me, performing my solo to a packed audience. I would tap out my routine counting to eight over and over again. I would improve in tap every day. In the end there wasn't a tap step I couldn't do, because I had already practised it for hours in my head.
There are many great visualisation techniques, and the best way to start is to establish a highly specific goal. Imagine how you will feel when you achieve that goal and visualise a mental ‘picture’ of it, as if it were occurring to you right now. Put as much detail as you can into the "picture". Use all of your five senses to do this and think about the following.
* Where are you? What do you hear?
* Is there a smell? Something that you associate with success or fond memories
* Who or what do your see?
* Can you taste anything? Salt in the air? A great glass of Champagne?
* Is there a texture to your goal? What are you wearing? The grass beneath your feet? The steering wheel of your new car? How does it feel?
* Which emotions are you feeling right now?
Can you see the picture of your very own success in your minds eye? Can you almost reach out and touch it? Remember this feeling! This is the feeling we would like to harness and keep throughout the day.
Another visualisation technique is a visualisation board. If you don't already have one, please make this your priority. Write out your goals and search for visual representations on the web or in magazines or your own photos. I like to incorporate quotes as well as specific pictures of things I am aspiring toward.
* A specific car (I have the TESLA)
* Search for the perfect house in the perfect location. Is it a farm house? Or a house on the water? Or a house in a particular estate? Or a unit in the city?
* Look for a picture of love if that is what you are after. Look for a picture of what you would imagine your ideal man or woman to be. Remember that it doesn't only have to be looks, it can be an attitude or a personality or a great father or a good provider.
* Search for a picture of a family if you are hopeful for a family.
* Add a prayer or affirmation into your board
* What about your career? Find pictures that depict your dream job
* What about your spiritual growth? Find pictures that help you to remember to always grow
Think about exercise, weight-management, meditation, flexibility, surgery, health, happiness, love, career, faith, anticipated income, family. Try to think of everything and incorporate it all into your vision board.
I print out all my pictures and affirmations, I then laminate them all and place them onto a big piece of cardboard or canvas and I hang it on my wall in my bedroom, at eye level when I am laying down in my bed. This is so it is the last thing I see as I go to sleep and the first thing that I see when I wake up. It helps me to feel grateful and to be hopeful each and every day. I urge you to do this as well. If placing it next to your bed, makes you feel self-conscious then place it somewhere like your wardrobe or your personal bathroom, but make sure that it is somewhere that you will see it multiple times daily.
Another great technique is to write all of your affirmations onto post it notes and place them around the house. I place them as a border around my bathroom mirror so that I can read them multiple times daily. Another great suggestion is to print out your affirmations on an A4 piece of paper and laminate them then put them in your shower so that you can go through your affirmations every time you take a shower.
If your goal is something that you can create in a smaller version, for example a model of the car you want, why not go and buy or create that model and place it in a prominent place in your house. If it is something the whole family can benefit from, why not teach your husband and children this visualisation technique and ask them to visualise owning it as well. The power of cohesion again will be very powerful.

In the Japanese language there is a term they use to express a sense of gratitude combined with a sincere desire to give back. It is the word "on". It is a feeling of appreciation so strong that it stimulates a sense of wanting to pay it forward and share that feeling with the rest of the world.
The Word Grateful comes for the Latin term Gratus meaning pleasing or agreeable. In these times, it means more than just this, it has a meaning of feeling deeply appreciative of any kindness. It is to be truly thankful, so that it produces emotions of happiness and contentment.
Sometimes we forget to take the time to truly realise the amazing things that define our lives. This may be because often we concentrate on what we don't have rather than all the abundance we do enjoy. Consequently, our gratitude exists in perpetual conflict with our desire for more, whether we crave time, convenience, wealth, or enlightenment.
Science tells us that an "attitude of gratitude" is a good health choice. A grateful heart is a happy heart. I'm sure you have heard it before, but this is probably the most powerful way to overcome any pain you could be feeling right now. Simply being Grateful for the little things, will allow you to pinpoint the reasons you have to be happy and concentrate on growing that happiness into a habit. If you are low, then you can start small. "I am grateful I could get out of bed today" "I am grateful that I am able to feel love" "I am grateful for the food I have to eat as soon as I wake" I am grateful for a beautiful sunny/windy/rainy day".
Being grateful allows you to live in the moment. Too often we are in our own minds and tormenting ourselves over the past, or swimming in the future. We forget that our life is happening right now. Our life is what is happening around us. It is the kids sitting on the floor and playing, it is the cup of tea sitting beside you, it is the birds signing outside and the dog panting beside you. It is being with those you love and doing the things you want to do. It is also doing the things you don't want to do, that you do for a good reason that is important to you. Being in the present is one of the ways to reallYet it sits there with a purpose, giving you a little reason to be thankful. Look at the smile on your child's face. Did you not create that perfect being? Did you not clap the first time he smiled? Did you not rejoice in her happiness daily? Do you still love his smile, or do you take it for granted? Life is an experience so don't waste precious moments taking it for granted.
It's time to start to appreciate what you already have. Take the time to look around and notice the little things and why or even how they are around you will make you appreciate how loved you are. Look at the vase (or similar object) on the shelf. Who gave that to you? Was it someone who loved you, or was it a present from yourself? Do you even remember how you got it?
Gratitude is an attitude, a choice and a habit. When we consciously practice being grateful for the people and situations around us, then by the simple law of "where intention goes, energy flows" we begin to attract better relationships and results. The habit or gratitude will be strengthened as you consciously make the choice to stop complaining and be grateful each day.
Gratitute as an emotion has a particular energy. Emotions run as electrical currents, but if you add consciousness into the mix, and align your thoughts to consciously control the emotion of gratitude and when and how you feel it, you are adding magnetism to the equation. You end up with an electromagnetic current that aligns to what you want. Doctor Masaru Emoto believed that water was a "blueprint for our reality" and that emotional vibrational energies could change the physical structure of water. Emoto's water crystal experiment consisted of exposing water in glasses to different words, pictures or music. Crystals emerge for only twenty to thirty seconds, as the temperature rises and the ice starts to melt, giving us a rare glimpse into the magical world of crystals and water energy with microscopic photography. Emoto found that water exposed to positive words and thoughts would result in beautiful crystals being formed when that water was frozen, and that negative words would yield ugly frozen crystal formations.
Take a look at the below Intentional Emotions and you will realise how strong your Intentional thoughts and emotions can be.
Reproduced with permission from The Hado Institute
(C) Office Masaru Emoto, LLC
Your Intentional thoughts and emotions causes your energy field to transmit vibrations and magnetizes other similar vibrations into your energy field. You are constantly broadcasting your own energy and attracting other energy.
There is new research in the Unified Field Theory arena (think instead of Einstein's theory of relativity) that says, and allegedly proves, that the unifying force is Consciousness. "Consciousness, as a highly intelligent and powerful force, is the common influencer of energy in the spiritual dimension and in astrological alignments. Consciousness contains energetic information (thoughts and emotions among them) existing as multiple potentials for outcomes as far as how they may impact matter and other energies. These multiple potentials come into existence through the creation of coherence driven by consciousness" - The Mind Unleashed
If you see the above water crystal results and you realise that our bodies are over 70% water, you can easily see how we can attune ourselves to the vibration we desire to be. All we need to do is Consciously decide to control our thoughts. Simply being consciously aware of your consciousness is an amazing advancement! And that is only part of the story, but a good starting point!

I thought I would share what my very first Reiki Healing was like. I know a lot of people don't have any idea nor have they even thought about it. However if you are looking to heal your body, I suggest you look at starting with your energy. Your thoughts and your feelings are pure energy. If you are stressed or anxious, I'm sure you can only imagine how your body is coping.....or not coping as the case may be.
My first session felt like an out of the body experience. (Not everyone feels this and every session is different and dependant on your own spiritual path). I was transported to a place of pure white light. I felt like I had woken up and I was on the ice and snow was falling all around. I was greeted by what I could only describe as beings full of love. I felt warm and accepted and I felt tingles all through my body as my hand was taken and I was told they had been waiting for me. It isn't something I can describe very well. I liken it to some people's interpretation of life after death. They just feel an intense feeling of unconditional love. That is what I felt. It was just love.
My first experience was intense. Many following also brought visions and feelings of floating. Some of my client's report visions, or visits from loved ones. Some report feeling warm, or seeing colours as their energy is balanced, some report feelings of feeling lifted. Others feel nothing at all, but gain the benefits after. Everyone is different and that is what is beautiful about Reiki and why I love it so much.
So much can be attained by regular Reiki Healings. Throughout our daily lives, our stresses build up and our energy blocks regularly. This blockage of energy can lead to illness, pain and emotional upset leading to stress and anxiety. Getting a regular clearing and balance will help you to learn to move on quickly from stresses.
I have incorportated many different types of healings into one session so I can get the most for my clients. In one session, you will receive a sound healing, a crystal healing, a TESLA plate healing and a special blend of aromotherapy to help balance and cleanse. This session will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many insights into the inner workings of your body.

You Want To Forgive, But is your rage holding you back?
It really isn’t as hard as you are imagining………
Forgiveness really does seem like a nasty word sometimes. Just mulling the situation over in your head can be almost therapeutic. Hitting rock bottom is a very traumatic time in your life. At the time it feels like no-one else could possibly know how bad you are feeling. Your body gets heavy and you lose interest in everything. You either cry an ocean or you become stone in shock. Sometimes you just swap between the two. The ability to make decisions disappears and you often switch to autopilot where your body reverts back to basics and you do your very best just to minimally function. A broken heart is a gut wrenching experience of facing your own self-worth. It literally feels like your heart is shattered. How could you repair it?
In Japan, when a beautiful piece of crockery shatters, they repair it with gold, because they believe that the crack is a unique piece of the object’s history, that only adds to it’s beauty. Your heart can be mended with gold, but the flaws will always be there. These are the flaws that only serve to make you stronger, more beautiful and most importantly start you on the journey to ascending into your own purpose.
Here are the 6 most vital steps you can do right now to get yourself in the forgiving frame of mind:
The Power Of Pain
Right now, you need to feel the pain. These emotions of grief, anger, frustration, hurt and distrust are horrible, but they are important. As a human being we have the right to experience all facets of emotion. Even the lower vibrational ones. I believe for you to evolve to your highest version of you, this pain needs to be felt completely, but don’t become lost in it.
The most important thing is what you do to turn the pain around. Don’t let the pain become you. You are not the pain!
The Power Of The Written Word
When we are so caught up in our pain, it is so hard to think straight. One minute we are thinking we will change our life completely and the next we are holding onto the “normality” of what life was. Writing is one of the most powerful tools we have right now in amongst the pain and the rage. The reason being is that when we write it down, we begin to see the real problems and can then prioritise our healing. It allows us to get the anger out and bring the balance back in. It allows us to look back over it with a critical eye and realise what we like and don’t like about our own thoughts. Writing it down brings the control back to us.
The Power Of Gratitude
Gratitude is probably the most powerful way to overcome the pain and rage you feel right now. Simply being Grateful for the little things, will allow you to pinpoint the reasons you have to be happy. If you are really low, then you can start small. “I am grateful I could get out of bed today” Grab yourself a gratitude journal and start writing down all the things you are grateful for each day. Ultimately, you want to thank the pain for being the instigator of your new improved life.
The Power Of Positive Thinking
Negative thinking and worry are nothing but a waste of precious time. Many of us are afraid to try something new or push ourselves to extend beyond our comfy boundaries. We are often our own worst critic and give in to Self-Defeat. This is not an end destination. Self-Defeat is your motivation to get back up and try again.
William James said “Believe that you possess significant reserves of health, energy and endurance and your belief will help create the fact”
We are the makers of our own reality and we can choose that to be a positive or negative reality. Turning your thinking around and learning to listen to your inner thoughts can be hard, but it’s important to remember, all thoughts and emotions are measurable vibrations looking for magnetic partners. Choosing higher vibrational thoughts will attract higher vibrational reactions.
The Power Of Your Intuition
The only way out is to learn who you are and go within. So often in life we go about listening to others, the media, the latest social opinion and we forget to think for ourselves. We ultimately become brainwashed with other people’s ideas of “normal”. There is no such thing as “normal” You are individually you and at the same time part of a collective that is Humanity. Your intuition is your connection to your higher-self /soul / spirit. This is the true you. It is your choice to keep wallowing in this pain or you can choose to build your new home of enlightenment with your rock bottom as your foundations.
The Power Of Self-Truth
Self-truth is the basis of self-love and it is the only way to find the next level of your spirituality.
When you can go within, you no longer need to look for something outside of yourself to make you feel “complete”. Once you can accept your own faults AND learn to either love them or change them, you are able to completely hand yourself over to love. You ARE Worthy and you deserve the best that your dreams can aspire to. More importantly your aim is to figure out a way to enter into the higher energy vibration of love.
Shhh… here’s the secret….. This doesn’t mean being able to love someone else again. This means falling in love with you. This will release your pain.
Our bodies are made of 3 elements, our body, mind and spirit. Each element can affect the other two. To find forgiveness, you need to look holistically at all three parts of your being. Although I can help you find the path, the only person who can truly help you alleviate your grief and rage is you.
Through my pioneered FASTR process you can not only learn how to recognise the lower emotions fast, you can learn how to quickly process them so you can maintain your habitually happy vibration. Every coach talks about goals. Make a goal, plan a goal, figure out the steps, learn to implement them, goal, goal, goal, goal. Reach Reach Reach Reach.
But Why is this so important? And how do we figure out what our true goals are? You know.... the one's that will really make you strive to get it. The ones that spark that fire in your belly of desire that makes you do whatever it takes to get that goal.
Well, when establishing our goals, it is important to consider a few factors and follow a few steps
1. Live your own dreams, not someone else’s expectations - It is important to assess your own passion in life and follow that. The only way to find your purpose is to follow your passion. Passion is LOVE. Love is the vibratory universal code. Once you can vibrate on that level of LOVE and passion it brings you into balance and allows you to achieve happiness. Once you feel that happiness you feel that drive. That drive propels you and stretches you to your limit so that you know you can achieve anything you want and it is that KNOWING that will see you do just that.
2. Pace Yourself – Allow yourself a realistic time period to achieve your goals. Do not place too much pressure on yourself to achieve this too quickly as it can lead to disappointment when you just physically can't achieve it Disappointment can lead to sadness and can lead to a lower vibrational state, which may see you give up, before you have even given yourself a chance to get going. Conversely if you allow yourself too much time, you might forget about it, and keep putting it off "because you still have more time" and never strive to achieve that goal at all. It then simply gets put to the back of your mind as a "Oh well.... one day when....." And well, we all know how I feel about that.
3. Compatibility - Make sure that any differing goals do not clash with each other. Eg wanting more time with your family vs taking on another business. Look... I'm gulity as charged with this one! I have so many conflicting dreams in my head, I always find myself jumping around from one goal to the next. In order for me to stop doing this, I need to write down a plan. I run 2 businesses while raising 3 small children, but the most important thing to me, is time with those precious little kids. If I don't organise myself, I can get very lost, and wind up not getting anything done. So focus and drive is important with compatibility. Assess your goals and determine what will compliment others and make your plan of steps on where to place your focus.
4. Compatible short and long term goals – Use your short-term goals as stepping stones to our long-term goals. As I have touched on in the last point, The small steps are how you get the big goals accomplished. Plan your focus and what is the most important and compatible in order to gain small step momentum to get to the bigger goal. Find the appropriate time-frame for this and be realistic, taking into account, your own limitations and your own routine. What may take me a week to do, may take you a couple of months. Or vice versa. Be nice to yourself, but stretch yourself as well.
So there you have it. Establishing your goals, can be tough but it doesn't have to be avoided and in fact goals will drive you to reach the happy vibratory plane of love and kindness and you will drive yourself forward happily with an addiction to this amazing feeling.

I often wonder why when I tell people I am a Reiki Healer, they look at me like I just popped out of a spacecraft. I realise a lot of people may never have heard of Reiki, and that is an utter shame, but this modality has the potential to change your thinking, expand your mind, raise your energy vibration and help your body to heal itself faster. It doesn't align itself with a particular Religion and in fact is probably the most chameleon type of modality that can fit in with any belief.
Reiki is a complex and complimentary healing modality that treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Your physical body has a measurable energy output. Every Organ in your body gives out a certain energy. If this energy is disrupted or imbalanced it can cause physical and emotional illness, for example, stress, anxiety, or any physical symptoms you have.
Your holistic body is made of 3 parts. Your body, mind and spirit. Modern medicine tends to focus on your body and symptoms, touching only lightly on your mind as well, however it totally ignores your spirit. Reiki treats the body through your spirit to clear blockages for the WHOLE of the body. It clears those blockages to allow your body to do as it was perfectly designed by our creator to do, heal itself.
This modality is not new and in fact was revered by the Ancient Egyptians and other ancient civilisations.
Reiki is using my hands as a tool to focus on your energy matrix (spirit, aura and chakras) to rebalance and help heal your body. This is summarised as "Energy Healing" and does not require me to touch you at all. In fact the energy is felt better for me when the hands are held at distance. (this is not the case for every healer, so check first before booking)
I also use Crystal Energy in my healings. In this case I use 7 particular Chakra related crystals that will help to focus in on those areas in your body that need attention. In this case, throughout the session, you may feel a crystal being placed on a chakra point or close to a chakra point on your body.
You will also receive a special aromatic blend in the session to help balance your chakras.
On top of all of this, I also use a Tesla Purple Plate to rebalance your energy. One of the Great Tesla's Creations, this plate is created by altering the electrons and atoms of the aluminium to tune it into the basic Universal Energy. Tesla referred to this as "free energy". These plates create positive energy around them penetrating any material to raise the energetic vibration to be in tune with the Universe. These plates can help to lower stress and fatigue, and help with weakness, headaches, eye strain, cramps, or tummy pains and improve the quality of your drinking water. (also sold through my clinic)
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. You will be fully clothed and placed into a comfortable laying or sitting position while you take some much needed time out to relax during the healing.
I am also an intuitive healer. After the healing I will sit down with you and talk about all the energies and intuitive messages I have received throughout the healing. These are generally things that have been of importance throughout the healing. For example I may feel a pain in my right leg, which will indicate to me that you may have an issue with your right leg that you will need to investigate or rest. I can also pick up on emotional and spiritual messages that are pertinent to your healing at the time. I find that this is the most important part of the healing as my clients will attest to. They are usually very surprised at the level of information I can gain through a healing and leave feeling empowered to take the important action advised in order to get to their healing optimum again.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of Energy healing and Self-Improvement that everyone can benefit from.
If you are interested in receiving a Reiki Healing please see my website at www.sylaaustralia.com. You can book through the website or give me a call to make an appointment out of hours.

"There is a wonderful Japanese tale about a sword master who heard about a Tengu – a mythical creature who resided in a deep remote valley and who had a magic sword. The sword master took the long journey to find the Tengu and one day he found her sitting on a log in the forest with her magic sword by her side. The sword master said, “Please can I have your magic sword?” The Tengu replied, “I give you a technique to practice – practice it for 5 years and then you can have my magic sword. But you have to practice every day, if you don’t practice every day you do not get it!” The sword master went back home and for 5 years diligently practiced the technique the Tengu had shown him.
After 5 years the sword master made his way back to the remote valley and its mysterious forest. The Tengu was waiting for him, and she said, “I can see you have been practicing the technique I showed you diligently for 5 years; here is my magic sword.” However, rather than rushing forward to accept the sword with glee and gratitude, the sword master simply replied, “Thank you Tengu, but I do not need your magic sword anymore as I have realized that the real magic is inside of me.” The Tengu smiled and with one puff disappeared."
When I first heard of Reiki 15 or more years ago, I was inexplicably drawn to it. I thought it sounded lovely, peaceful and in tune with the body. This was before I knew anything about it, or energy, or auras, or even before I became interested in spirituality. As a young child, I would always drag my mother into the crystal shops and look for the perfect crystal for me. I would feel the right one and let myself be drawn to the one I wanted or needed at the time. I'm not really sure why I did this. My mother most certainly didn't encourage it and I didn't really know anything about crystals and their healing powers.
I guess then it would make sense that I finally find myself here today, working with Reiki, energy, NLP, coaching and crystals. The more and more I learn, the more and more I realise that as a society, we really only scrape the barrel of the knowledge there is to know of spirituality. We certainly don't go into depth of how truly powerful we are as humans. I mean the fact that each cell in our body is able to regenerate itself, reminds us that we all have the power to heal ourselves, yet we sometimes forget to acknowledge this power as we opt for medicines and aids to fix the symptom rather than dealing directly with the cause or taking action to allow our own bodies to heal themselves.
I liken Reiki to helping the holistic self and working on our energy knots to allow the healing energy to flow through our bodies again. if you have tension in your energy matrix, then you are likely to be feeling the stress, anxiety, sadness, anger that goes along with that knot. Just as if you have a muscular knot in your shoulder, you can feel that pain and stress in your neck and head. Your emotional self is just as important as your physical self in healing your illnesses. A regular Reiki session can leave you feeling amazingly peaceful and happy. It can clear out old emotions, angers and resentments and leave you feeling forgiving and centred again.
Here are ten useful applications of Reiki healing therapy that can help improve our personal and professional lives:
Reiki healing relieves stress and tension, relaxing muscles and smoothing out mental/emotional pressure. This is the immediate effect of a Reiki healing session.
Reiki can reduce pain and soreness and relief can be manifested within minutes of applying Reiki hands-on the affected area/organ.

Reiki can help protect our mental-emotional faculties from reacting negatively under harmful influences and in the face of unfavorable situations. It brings clarity of mind and firmness of decision. It builds inner confidence and the capability to make the most of what we have!
Reiki sharpens the intellect. It can help one to see with more clarity.
Reiki can help mend relationships. It does an amazing job at rekindling love, acceptance and understanding between individuals within days of regular Reiki healing, even if the parties involved are unaware of it! Reiki healing works unconditionally, so it would always work towards the highest good of all the parties involved.
Reiki energy sent regularly to a future event like marriage/graduation/any other important situation or function assists the successful and timely completion of the same.
Reiki sharpens our intuition or sixth sense and deepens our spiritual awareness. For those who are spiritually inclined are likely to experience amazing spiritual advancement with regular Reiki healing.
Reiki brings reinstated peace, harmony, mutual understanding, cooperation and accomplishment within a group of people, whether it is a family, a team, workforce, or a professional board, committee, class or association working for a common cause.
Reiki re-establishes physical, mental, emotional and professional well-being. It brings with it a wave of positivity that can be distinctly experienced by each and every person enjoying the privilege of receiving Reiki either directly, or as a part of a group of recipients.

Judgment happens to be one of the main things that fuel fear in our society.
I recently completed my Reiki qualifications. It was something I have wanted to do for 15 years. Something that has been somewhat of a calling. That little voice inside my head kept saying "you are a healer, you are a healer". However I kept ignoring it. I kept pushing it aside and concentrating on what I was good at.
Over the years my path has led me to here. There have been many forks in the road, and I kept avoiding the one that took me to reiki, but I still ended up here. I still ended up having to face my fear of "JUDGMENT". You see, I'm from a Catholic family and I take my kids to a Christian school. I am more a buddhist in my thinking and spirituality, but this is something I keep within and worship alone. Why? Fear of judgment. My husband calls me a hippy and I now don't mind. I dress the way I want (which is in pretty dresses, all blinged up with make up on) and I probably wouldn't appear to the everyday stranger to be the person handing out reiki treatments, but I know that I totally and uterly believe in it and I know that it is who I am in my essence. It is my calling.
